Who we are

What the forms collect
The contact form collects what you need, your email, an optional note about the project, and a record that you agreed to this processing. If you open the form from a project, its name is attached. A hidden field is used only to catch automated spam, and the form measures how long it was open so very fast submissions can be rejected.
Where it goes
Each inquiry is sent as a message to the studio's private Telegram chat. If Supabase is connected, it is also stored in a private table that the public site cannot read, and if Resend is connected, a copy is emailed to the studio inbox. In local development the inquiry can be written to a file on the machine running the site.
Language and location
To choose the language of the site, the server looks up the country of your IP address in a local database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, db-ip.com). The country is not stored. If you pick a language yourself, that choice is kept in a cookie for a year.
Analytics
Yandex Metrika, including Webvisor session recording, the click map, and page views, loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining keeps the counter off. The choice is stored in local storage on your browser. Form fields are hidden from the recording, so email addresses and messages are not captured. Google Analytics, when a measurement ID is configured, follows the same choice.
Advertising measurement
Meta Pixel loads only after you allow measurement, and only for a campaign this site already has on file. A visit without a recognised campaign link does not load a pixel unless an administrator has marked one pixel as the default. After a saved inquiry, the thank-you page can send one Lead event to that pixel. If a server token is configured, the server can send the same event, with the same event id, including a hashed email. Declining keeps Meta off. The campaign key stored with the inquiry is not your message, and the thank-you page does not show your details.
Content tools
Sanity, when connected, holds the copy of the site. It is not used to store form submissions.
How long we keep inquiries
Inquiries are kept long enough to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Ask hello@4sidedevelop.com if you want a copy or deletion, and we will handle it unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.
What this form is not
Sending a form does not create a contract or a quote. A price is set only in a written proposal.
